Colour

Our vivid Colour system is one of contrast - revealing the duality of attack and defence. Our palette adds depth and flexibility to our visual language.
In this section we will showcase this and detail how to use it in different contexts.

Overview

Colour theory

Our colour scheme is inspired by the conflicting of opposing forces - attack and defence. Through intentional contrasts, we not only amplify legibility but also amplify our assets with a sense of dynamism and depth.

Colour palette

Our Colour Palette creates contrast whilst also adding tone and depth to our destruction visual language. We should avoid using colours outside of this palette to retain consistency.

Hierarchy

When producing assets and applications make sure to follow this hierarchy. Siege Dark Blue and Light Blue should only be used for Destruction assets, please refer to this section for more detail.

When creating Seasonal assets, that colour should be used at 15% alongside our other colours. We have included a notional Season colour into the hierarchy to show this in use.

Usage

Dark to light

When building our Destruction assets we use two spectrums to create depth. For more information please refer this section in more detail. The Dark to Light spectrum is used for when operators are defending from interior to exterior.
This spectrum consists of:
Siege Navy
Siege Light Blue
Siege Dark Blue

Light to dark

When building our Destruction assets we use two spectrums to create depth. For more information please refer this section in more detail. The Light to Dark spectrum is used for when operators are breaching from exterior to interior.
This spectrum consists of:
Siege Grey
Siege Light Blue
Siege Dark Blue

Typography

Our Typography should only sit on the background of Siege Navy and Siege Grey. For more information please refer this section in more detail.
When using Siege Navy as the background, our headline should be in either Siege Orange or Grey whilst the sub-heading is the opposite colour.
Headlines should always be Siege Navy while on a Grey background.

Body copy

When our body copy sits on Siege Navy, the headline can be in either Siege Orange or Siege Grey. When our copy is on a Grey background, both the headline and body copy must be in Navy for legibility purposes.

CTA

All CTAs and buttons must be in Siege Orange. If a lockup is positioned near the CTA, the lockup must be in Siege Grey. This ensures that information within the CTA gains the necessary attention.
